2022-23 BUDGET IS HERE.

In May this year, Australians voted for Labor’s plan for a better future. And this week, the Albanese Labor Government delivered that plan in our first Budget.

I’m getting in touch to walk you through some of the details of what we’ve delivered nationally as well as what I’ll deliver locally.

The Bennelong Budget has transformation commitments, that will enhance, innovate and upgrade our wonderful electorate.

These Budget commitments deliver for Australians, helping them manage the rising cost of living pressures and plan for the future, with our five-point cost of living plan.

NATIONAL COMMITMENTS

WOMEN'S BUDGET STATEMENT

This is a budget that puts equality for women at its centre. Unlike the previous government we don’t have to convince our colleagues to place importance on gender equality. We’ve reinstated the gender budget that the Abbot government cancelled.
