Social Media Ban Online Forum

From 10 December 2025, a new ‘social media ban for under 16’s’ will come into effect in Australia.

The ban is intended to prevent Australians under the age of 16 from creating or keeping an account on age-restricted social media platforms.

I want to make sure that you have all the information you need to understand how these reforms affect you and your children. So, I am hosting an online briefing with Sally Sitou MP.
