School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI)

The Australian Government is providing 12 months of free internet for eligible school students. Vouchers are available for households who meet the eligibility criteria.

What is the eligibility criteria for the initiative?

To be eligible, a family must:

  • Have a child living at home that is enrolled in an Australian school.
  • Have no active broadband service over the NBN network.
  • Live in a premise where they can access a standard NBN service.
  • Not have had an active NBN service during the previous 14 days.

To claim your voucher, fill out the form below. Limited spaces are available, and vouchers are valid until December 31, 2024.

    You must have a child living at home that is enrolled in an Australian school in 2023


    You must not currently have an active nbn network internet service at home.
